At BYOH, we specialize in helping individuals and families build the home of their dreams. Dependent on how much time you want to be involved in the process, we have different plan designs. You can choose our "Turn-key plan", "Modular plan", "Client Plan" and our "ADU Plan" .
TURN KEY PLAN
BYOH will do all aspects of the building process. We will assist in the design, engineering, construction and landscaping phases of your Net-Zero Fire Resistant home. You will be involved in the design and material decisions.

MODULAR PLAN
This plan consist of BYOH consulting with you to be your own General Contractor. Working with our modular companies and arranging for the Net-Zero-Fire Resistant modular buildings to be designed, built, transported and set. You handle all of the phases for the project up to Certificate of Occupancy.

BYOH CLIENT PLAN
This plan is structured to help you the client build your own custom architect designed Net-Zero Fire Resistant stick framed house and save up to 20%. We will supply you with all the templates for you to get a survey, apply for a building permit, get engineered building plans, select your subs, manage your subs, quality control, insurance requirements, inspections and get you to a Certificate of Occupancy.

ADU PLAN
BYOH assist you in building your own ADU. We assist you with the design, planning, permitting and construction phases either stick built or a Modular process of getting an ADU built on your property.
